How Rising Nonwoven Raw Material Prices Are Shaping Our Disposable Mask Orders
We work closely with melt-blown and spunbond nonwoven suppliers all year round. Over the past month, we've seen steady price hikes for core nonwoven materials. Many of our regular mask buyers reach out, asking whether we can hold the old pricing for repeat orders.
This is a tricky spot to navigate. We want to keep our long-term clients happy and stable, yet we cannot absorb endless material cost increases on our own.
A lot of customers don't realise that mask quality heavily depends on consistent nonwoven fabric. Cutting corners on fabric weight or material grade to offset higher costs is never an option for us. Our disposable nonwoven masks follow consistent production standards, same as our bouffant caps, shoe covers and isolation gowns we supply to medical and hygiene buyers. We keep production in our clean workshop and stick to our quality checks, even when margins get tighter.
What we are doing right now is communicating openly with every mask customer ahead of order confirmation. We share the latest material cost updates honestly, discuss flexible order volumes and lead times, and try our best to lock pricing for confirmed bulk orders as early as possible. For clients who have recurring mask demand, placing orders in advance helps both sides avoid sudden price jumps from the raw material market.
We know price sensitivity matters, especially for buyers who source disposable nonwoven masks for hospitals, clinics, food processing and cleaning teams.
Our team reviews each inquiry case by case instead of applying one fixed price rule. If you have upcoming mask procurement plans, feel free to get in touch with us.
We can talk through your quantity schedule and work out a practical solution that balances cost and reliable supply.
