This 3-ply non-woven protective mask runs on the same line as our medical masks: a PP non-woven outer layer, a melt-blown middle layer with tested BFE ≥98%, and a soft inner layer that sits against the skin. The ear loops are ultrasonic-welded so they do not pull loose over a long shift, and the nose clip is a simple metal strip you shape to fit. Mask size is 17.5 × 9.5 cm, which fits most adults without gapping at the sides.
The individual wrapping is not just for looks. It keeps each mask clean through storage and transport, makes it easy to hand out one at a time, and lets pharmacies, clinics, hotels, and procurement teams keep a ready supply without opening a bulk box. Each inner box holds 50 individually wrapped masks. The outer carton holds 40 boxes - 2,000 masks total - at 52 × 42 × 38 cm.
We make these in Xiantao, Hubei, the city at the centre of China's non-woven protective supply chain. Production follows the same clean-workshop discipline we use for our EN14683 medical masks, so batch consistency holds even though this SKU is positioned as a general protective mask.
MOQ starts at 2000 pieces for standard white and blue. Custom colors and printed boxes are available for larger orders
